6 p.m. – Registration table and T-Shirt Pickup, Teams may begin booth/display assembly (Humphrey Coliseum)

6 – 8 p.m. – Driving Practice—sign up at queue table (Humphrey Coliseum)

6 – 9 p.m. – Marketing Presentations (McCain Hall), Schedule posted by September 26, 2016

9 p.m. – Building Closes – All Robots Embargoed

 

Saturday, October 1 – (All Events will be in the Humphrey Coliseum)

8 – 8:30 a.m. – Check-In/Late Reg. & Compliance Checks

8:30 a.m. – Drivers/Spotters/Coach Meeting (TBA)

9 a.m. – MS  BEST Welcome (Arena)

9:15 a.m. – noon – Booth/Display Judging (Concourse), Competition Matches/Preliminary Rounds (Arena Floor)

9:15 a.m. – 5 p.m. – T-Shirt, Spirit & Sportsmanship Judging (Everywhere)

Noon – 1:20 p.m. – Lunch Break (Team’s Discretion)

1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Competition Matches/Championship Round (Arena Floor)

5 p.m. – Awards Ceremony (Arena)

5:30 p.m. – South’s BEST Teams Meeting (TBA)
